全日本ボーイスカウト大会記念 1949年（昭和24年）9月22日発行 1949年（昭和24年）9月、ボーイスカウト日本連盟は本年9月24,25日に開催された「全日本ボーイスカウト大会」を天皇皇后両陛下並びに皇太子殿下の参加を賜り、皇居前で開催した。郵政省はこれを記念して記念切手を発行した。
National Boy Scout Jamboree Issued on September 22, 1949 (Showa 24) In September 1949 (Showa 24), the Scout Association of Japan held the "All Japan Boy Scout Jamboree" held on September 24 and 25 this year in front of the Imperial Palace with the participation of Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress and His Majesty the Crown Prince.
