札幌切手展記念 1947年（昭和22年）11月27日発行
1947年（昭和22年）11月、全国的に展開された郵便切手博覧会は北海道の札幌において開催された。この切手の図案に使われた炭鉱夫の切手は、大変興味深い。終戦後、日本切手はこの切手を除いてすべて日本郵便と記されるが、この切手は、戦前の「大日本帝国郵便切手」と「菊の紋章」が描かれている。
確かにその当時、北海道は炭鉱が主産業のエリアだが、戦後になってもこの切手が発行・流通していたという事実が、当時の混乱した社会情勢を物語っている。
